Shipping Policy

 We offer free shipping on all orders.

All orders undergo a processing time of 5 business days (Mon-Fri), holidays aren't included. After processing, shipping is an additional 3 days (Mon-Fri), holidays aren't included.

All orders require a signature at the time of delivery.

In some cases, we may ship orders earlier than 5 business days, but we ask that you give us the full 5 business days to process your order.

Please be advised delays may take place with the shipping carrier that is beyond our control. If a delay takes place, you must reach out to the shipping carrier for more information.

Here at XHC we stand behind our products' quality 100% and believe that you will be satisfied with your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any exchanges, returns and/or issue any refunds.

 Although it is very rare that you'd receive the incorrect order, in the event that you do, we'll be happy to replace your order. Before the order can be replaced, the order must be returned in the same state it was received within 3 business days.

Checkout Policy

Orders are only processed if the purchaser's billing and shipping matches. If your billing and shipping does not match, your order will be canceled and refunded. The refund can take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
